HPC AGRO LTD, founded in 2020, is a vibrant agribusiness unit of the HPC Multi Investment Ltd, offering rounded and innovative business model that incorporates the entire value chain of the agricultural commodity business, from harvesting, to processing, branding, sales, and distribution of a wide range of edible food and industrial products.

HPC Agro is anchored in Nigeria to meet the vast and continuous agricultural and nutritional needs of the nation with indelible footprints in food sufficiency and affordability, uncompromising pursuit of high-quality consumer products, and a culture of continuous improvement.
Our Poutry Farm and Oil Palm Plantation are strategically positioned on 60 acres of land at Ijako Village, along Lagos-Abeoluta Express Road, Ogun State.
Through the adoption of efficient scale, business integration, and locational advantages of our busiess model, we are able to gain economy of scale while extracting reasonable margins along the value chain and gaining cost efficiencies.

MThe poultry unit of HPC AGRO is anchored in Ogun State, Nigeria to meet the vast and continuous agricultural and nutritional needs of the nation with indelible footprints in food sufficiency and affordability, uncompromising pursuit of high quality poultry food, and a culture of continuous improvement.

HPC Poultry Farm is uniquely positioned to take on the peculiar challenges of nutritional health in relation to poultry meats and table eggs while reducing environmental impacts, researching and improving new supplies and products for the Nigerian market.

We evolved at the instant of the nation’s growing demand for a good selection of healthy poultry meats and high quality eggs in economically, environmentally and socially responsible ways.
The company is positioned to solve the problems of poor quality eggs and unhealthy poultry meats (with attendant health crisis) due to suppliers’ struggling attempt to gain economy of scale.



We provide a good selection of high- quality eggs and healthy poultry birds (layers and broilers) at commercial quantity. The quality of our eggs is expressed by their golden yellow yolks, better viscosity of egg-white, yolk shape, and yolk strength that meet consumers’, bakers’ and industrial requirements.
Additionally, they have stronger shells that ensure preservation until they are totally sold out.

Our broilers have high feed conversion efficiency and are genetically selected for fast growth and raised for meat rather than eggs. They are raised organically and locally as free range between 8 to 12 weeks with carefully blended feed formulation that guarantees more meat and less fat. The quality of these poultry meats is expressed in friendly packaging that announces their true freshness.

HPC Oil Palm Solutions

At HPC AGRO, our multidiscilplinary approach and capabilities in oil palm plantation are delivered through clearly defined processes.

Cultivation- Selection, Treatment, Nursery, and Planting


Oil palm cultivation starts with seed preparation which involves careful selection of seeds from reputable research stations or approved agency and chemical treatment for germination. Consequently, our seddlings are raised in a nursery for about a year before being transferred to the fields.

Here, the young palms are planted about nine metres apart resulting in 128 to 140 trees per hectare.
The keys to our success are optimal tropical conditions, well-drained fertilised soil, regular weeding, and ablation

Harvesting

Oil Palms mostly begin to yield fruits thirty months after being planted in the fields with very low commercial harvest commencing six month afterward.
Oil Palm yield increases and attains peak production in seven to eighten years before graduaally
declining in production. The conventional commercial life span of Oil Palm is approximately 25 years.


Oil palm harvesting yields significant amounts of Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) and crude palm oil (CPO).
Fully mature Oil Palms yield 20-35 tons FFB/hectare/year, translating to 5-7 tons CPO/hectare/year.
Once harvested, it is required to rapidly process into edible palm oil refining (within 24 hours) to maintain oil quality and minimise the build-up of fatty acids.

HPC Feed and Industrial Solutions

Our Feed and Industrial Products include Palm Kernel oil (for soaps, cosmetics, and confectionery) and Palm Kernel Cake (PKC) , a high-fiber, protein-rich byproduct from palm kernels, primarily used as a cost-effective, nutritious feed for ruminants (cattle, goats) and poultry (chickens) due to its protein, fiber, and minerals.Additionally,it also finds uses in fertilizers and biodiesel.
